Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
Stack Fighters ("the app," "we") is a single-player and multiplayer puzzle-fighter game developed by Suwitcha Sugthana. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and how you can contact us.
What We Collect
We do NOT collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
- Your location, photos, contacts, calendar, or microphone
- Any device identifiers for advertising purposes
- Any personal information outside what is strictly required to run the game
We DO collect
- Anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics, only when the app crashes. These reports include the crash stack trace, iOS version, and device model. They are used exclusively to find and fix bugs. They are not linked to your Apple ID, your name, or your Game Center identity.
- Local preferences stored on your device only (in UserDefaults). These include your music-mute setting, achievement unlock cache, and a counter of matches played (used to time the "Rate this game" prompt). This data never leaves your device.
Game Center
If you sign into Apple's Game Center, your Game Center identity (nickname and leaderboard scores) is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Game Center Privacy Policy. The app does not collect or transmit your Game Center data.
Multiplayer
During a multiplayer match (either local Bluetooth/Wi-Fi or online via Game Center), gameplay messages are exchanged between your device and your opponent's device. These messages contain only game state — block positions, HP, damage values. No personal information is exchanged.
Children's Privacy
Stack Fighters does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal information, there is nothing to delete or export. If you want to clear local preferences, simply uninstall the app.
Third Parties
The app uses one third-party service:
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous crash reporting only. See the Firebase Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or any other third-party tracking.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Contact
Stack Fighters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. All cultural references in the game (Thai, Japanese, Norse, Aztec, Medieval European, and Nomadic warriors) are used in a lighthearted, fictional spirit.
