Effective date: May 6, 2026. These terms explain the app license, the optional Full Adventure unlock, and where to get help.
Pip vs 10 Towers is an iPhone game with no ads and no account requirement. The first five towers and basic Daily Challenge are free. Full Adventure is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks towers 6-10, Hard Daily, and the ending.
The app is licensed, not sold. Unless App Store Connect provides a separate custom EULA, the app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Full Adventure is a non-consumable StoreKit purchase. Apple handles billing, receipts, refunds, and payment information.
The current release does not include subscriptions, consumable currencies, loot boxes, ads, or third-party ad tracking.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's App Store terms. The standard app license is available from Apple here: Apple Standard EULA.

Full Adventure unlocks the second map, towers 6-10, Hard Daily, and Pip's ending video in the current app release.
The in-app purchase screen includes Restore. Use it if you reinstall the app or move to another device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests. The app does not collect payment card numbers or billing details.
Game progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app can remove local saves, scores, and settings.
