Effective date: May 6, 2026. This policy explains what the iPhone game collects, what stays on your device, and how to contact support.
Pip vs 10 Towers does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not use data for third-party advertising tracking. The game stores progress, settings, and the Full Adventure unlock locally. It also uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand gameplay balance, reliability, purchases, and crashes.
The game does not ask for your name, email address, password, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The current release does not include third-party advertising SDKs, ad personalization, or cross-app advertising tracking.
Best scores, completed towers, settings, and similar gameplay state are stored on your device.
Full Adventure is a one-time StoreKit purchase. Apple processes payment; the app stores only the unlock status.

We use Firebase Analytics to log game events such as tower selection, room completion, item collection, boss pressure, upgrade selection, purchase prompts, and settings changes. These events help improve pacing, clarity, balance, and purchase flow reliability.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and limited game-state breadcrumbs so crashes can be fixed faster.
Firebase is provided by Google. Google may process device and app information as part of Firebase services. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
No account, username, password, profile, or player account database is required for the current release.
The app does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, messages, or precise GPS location.
The app does not collect payment card numbers or billing details. Full Adventure purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit.
You can remove local game progress and settings by deleting the app from your device. Because there is no account system, support cannot recover deleted local saves.
You may request deletion of support emails or attachments you sent by contacting pondd.me@gmail.com.
Analytics and crash data are used only to improve the game and reliability. They are not used for third-party advertising tracking.
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information through support, contact us and we will remove it.
For privacy questions, email pondd.me@gmail.com. We may update this policy when the app changes, especially if future versions add accounts, cloud saves, purchases, ads, or new third-party services. The effective date at the top will change when the policy changes.
