Please avoid including a child’s name, photo or other unnecessary personal details. Include the app version, device and a brief description of the issue.

Why can’t I hear the narration?

Check your device's volume and audio output, then check Sound in the reader menu. English and Thai recordings are bundled with the app. If a recording cannot be opened, use the retry option; you can still read quietly and turn pages yourself. If the issue continues, email pondd.me@gmail.com with the story, language, app version and device model.

How does automatic page turning work?

Turn on Auto turn in the reader menu. The next page opens after the current narration finishes successfully. Auto turn is optional; you can keep it off and turn pages yourself. A missing or interrupted recording does not count as completed narration.

Can I switch between Thai and English?

Yes. Choose the story language in the app to use the matching captions and recorded narration. The website also has an always-visible English / ไทย switch on every public page and remembers your explicit website choice. The app and website keep their language preferences separately.

Which stories are included?

Little Red Riding Hood, The Tortoise and the Hare, and The Three Little Pigs are included. A one-time full-library purchase unlocks the other seven completed stories and future completed stories added to Oonmoon. There is no subscription. The app is coming soon; the actual storefront price and listing will be shown when they are available.

How do I restore purchases or clear local choices?

Open the grown-ups area and complete the parental gate. Full library & restore purchases includes Restore Purchases, which checks with Apple and may request Apple Account authentication. Delete character & local choices clears saved device choices and bookmarks, while Apple purchase history remains separate.
