Overview
Landslide Inc. ("the App") is a single-player political strategy game developed by Pondd. The App does not require user accounts, sign-ins, or any personal information to play. This policy explains what limited data is collected and how it is used.
Analytics Data
The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous gameplay events. This includes actions taken in-game, cities played, and session data such as session duration and frequency. This data is used solely to understand how the game is played and to improve the experience.
No personal information — such as names, email addresses, or user identifiers — is collected through analytics.
Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect crash reports and diagnostic data. This may include device model, operating system version, and crash stack traces. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.
No personal information is collected through crash reporting.
No Personal Data Collection
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- User accounts or login credentials
- Payment or financial data (there are no in-app purchases)
- Location or GPS data (MapKit is used for map display only — no location tracking occurs)
Advertising and Tracking
The App contains no advertising and does not use any ad tracking technologies.
Third-Party Data Sharing
No data is shared with third parties beyond the anonymous analytics and crash data sent to Google through Firebase, as described above. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Analytics and crash data collected through Firebase are retained in accordance with Google Firebase's default data retention policies. The developer does not independently store or retain any user data beyond what Firebase provides.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
