Short version: The AI Company does not collect any data. The game runs entirely on your device, makes no network requests, and has no accounts, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. We can't see how you play, who you are, or anything else.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress (your company, staff, products, and settings) is saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This save data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
Network use
The app does not connect to the internet and sends no data to us or to any third party. There are no external SDKs, no ad networks, and no analytics services.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Third parties
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. Your use of the app through Apple's App Store is also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy (for example, adding an optional online feature), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before that change ships.
